Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of service for Robinson Auto Detail LLC.

Preparation prior to the appointment policy:

Prior to our arrival we request a few things from our clients. If possible, please have the vehicle parked on a flat area away from other vehicles. Personal property should also be removed from your vehicle. The compartments containing personal belongings will not be cleaned or emptied by Robinson Auto Detail. We request before the scheduled service appointment, that all personal property be removed from your vehicle.

Vehicle condition policy:

The majority of the vehicles we service pay the estimated quote, but all vehicles are subject to inspection prior to service; we do this to identify areas that may need extra work that is not covered by the original quote such as dog hair removal, heavily soiled/stained carpets/fabrics, heavily soiled exterior/interiors, muddy exterior, bodily fluids, heavy sand on the exterior or in the interior, etc.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policy

For any cancellations regarding event detailing, we require 48-hour notice. This is due to the many aspects that are required to plan for events. We hire professional teams, get specialized tools and chemicals and clear our schedule. We can't exactly predict what the weather will be like; please remember every scheduled service appointment is weather permitting. If the weather is inclement during your scheduled appointment, we will automatically reschedule your service for the next available appointment slot at no extra charge. Robinson Auto Detail cannot wait more than 15 minutes after we have arrived at the location for service.

Payment and Mobile Fee policy:

 We reserve the right to take a debit card or credit card for your deposit electronically through square.com. Our service times are only an estimate, each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service. We do offer mobile services however this is an additional charge that depends on the location.

Onsite service policy:

We are a fully mobile detailing service with all of our detailing supplies, cords, and hoses. However, we do require a working water spicket and electrical outlet.

Stain removal policy:

Depending on what caused the stain and how long it's been sitting greatly determines how well the stain can be removed. We can guarantee stains will look better than they did prior to our services but we cannot guarantee full removal.

Release of liability:

You hereby agree that Robinson Auto Detail shall not be held liable for any mechanical condition or pre-existing conditions such as dents, scratches and any other pre-existing damages to the vehicle's interior/exterior nor the loss or damage of articles/belongings left in vehicle due to, case of fire, theft, accident, service provided or any other cause beyond Robinson Auto Detail's control. It is your responsibility to point out items that are fragile or are no longer functional in many cases the damage is not noticeable due to the state of the vehicle prior to detailing. Customers must understand that the vehicle will be cleaned at your own risk and it must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes and that any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service and customer's will have to present at least two diagnostics and/or price estimates to prove the damage was caused by Robinson Auto Detail. 

Cars Safety and Keys:

Do not leave your key in your car before we arrive. If a customer is not present when job is completed you must authorize our company to leave the keys with a specified person, area of my vehicle, or location if said customer cannot be present upon completion of service. Robinson Auto Detail shall not be held responsible for the vehicle if it gets stolen or for the keys being locked in a customer's vehicle as a result of leaving them inside. 

Vehicle operation:

You hereby authorize Robinson Auto Detail to operate submitted vehicle for the purposes of repositioning the vehicle for optimal lighting, space and any other reasons deemed necessary at my risk.

Vehicle battery:

You hereby agree that Robinson Auto Detail will have my doors open to clean my vehicles interior and could cause my battery to drain; I release them from any liability the battery drain may cause. 

 Your acceptance of these terms:

By scheduling our service, you signify your acceptance to these policies. Our company has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not submit your deposit or request service by phone. Your continued use of our site following the postings of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance to those changes. By signing you agree to have read these terms and conditions and fully understand the release of liability listed above.
